AIM is a holistic medicine practice, and its owner, Denise Noyer-Erez, is known as The Fertility Godmother. For years, Denise struggled with the direction her practice should take. Overtime, this resulted in inconsistent branding and a website that had lost its way. Investments in SEO and digital advertising had generated sporadic or no returns, while staff often struggled to “get on board”.

Our strategic Essential Story process revealed a clear path for the clinic and its leader. AIM’s Essential Story concisely articulates the clinic’s target clientele, purpose, services, and aligns Denise’s role and purpose with the clinic. We coached Denise in then rolled out the new strategy with a branding update, new website experience, design, and content.

After relaunching the brand and website based on the new Essential Story, both leads and clients increased almost immediately. They reported: “We have gone from zero consultations to three to five per week. 80% or more of the consultations are people really ready to work with me.” Furthermore, existing staff are excited and stepping into greater responsibility, while the brand is attracting new therapists who are exceptional fits for the clinic.
