As part of its strategic plan, the Canadian Roofing Contractors Association (CRCA) needed to modernize its visual identity, refine its positioning, and create a new website.

Our Essential Story process identified specific ways the existing brand, messages, and website fell short of the association’s mission and goals, and provided the strategy for a complete refresh and modernization of its visual identity, tagline, core messages, and website to better serve association members and convey the value that CRCA provides.
