As part of its strategic plan, the Canadian Roofing Contractors Association (CRCA) needed to modernize its visual identity, refine its positioning, and create a new website.

Our Essential Story process identified specific ways the existing brand, messages, and website fell short of the association’s mission and goals. We then provided the strategy for a complete refresh and modernization of CRCA’s visual identity, tagline, core messages, and website.

The refreshed brand enables the association to better serve its members and highlight the value it provides, while the new website enables CRCA to better deliver its services to members.
